- How quickly can you start?
- It depends on the project and on access to information. An initial discussion establishes the position and what is needed first.
- Do you replace our project director?
- Not unless you want us to. We can fill a key owner role on an interim basis while the team is rebuilt, and hand it back.
- Do you work with the existing contractor?
- Yes. We work for the owner, not against the delivery team. The aim is a project that runs, not a new dispute.
- Does our project information go into a public AI tool?
- The Harness is designed for enterprise-grade private systems. Information access, handling and permitted uses are agreed before project material is shared. Principals review the findings.
